A man found dead on a Hampshire beach has been identified as a 21-year-old university student.
Richard Staight, from Bristol, was found near the Hot Walls, Old Portsmouth, on Friday morning.
The Portsmouth University student was last seen at about 0015 GMT on Friday leaving Tiger Tiger in Gunwharf Quays.
Post-mortem tests showed he died from drowning. Police said
